Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by k33333's own negligence, to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to k33333's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
